    Dr Nitin M Attupuram is working as a scientist with specialization in Livestock Production and Management. Dr Nitin pursued B.V.Sc&AH from Kerala Agricultural University, MVSc from ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI) and earned doctorate from ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute (ICAR-NDRI). He holds a PG diploma in Therapeutic Management of Infectious Diseases from Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University. Before joining ICAR, he worked with the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) as the monitoring officer of NDP-1 projects including progeny testing, pedigree selection, strengthening of semen stations, and embryo transfer projects. He has also worked with Animal Husbandry Department, Kerala as a Veterinary Surgeon. He is a Certified Livestock Advisor by MANAGE, Hyderabad. Area of specialization: His research interest includes Resource optimisation in livestock production, Gut microbiome manipulations for performance enhancement etc.
